Executive Coaching is based on a partnership of equals. Mike's role is to help clients tap into their resourcefulness through thought-provoking questions, challenges and support.
A typical coaching engagement might be anywhere from three to six months, depending on the shifts you are looking to make. Ultimately, the engagement is flexible to what your needs are. It starts by getting to know you and understanding your inspired future. From there, we will build a plan to reach your goals.
